With ever increasing pressures on resources it is also vital that such providers make the most of their existing property assets. We offer a range of services from advice on long term maintenance planning to procurement of building projects and defect diagnosis reports all of which are designed to maintain and improve your existing building assets.

Survey Reports: We provide bespoke Pre Acquisition and Building Condition reports tailored to our client’s requirements. These may include life cycle costs for building elements to commentary on emergency planning to feasibilities for alteration, extension and conversion works.

Maintenance Planning: We encourage our clients to adopt a pro-active building management strategy rather than a purely reactive one through the provision of Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP's) allowing clients to forecast maintenance expenditure over the long term.

Defect Investigation & Project Works: Our range of expertise allows us to provide a holistic approach for our clients from undertaking specific defect investigations through to the specification and procurement of large maintenance and repair projects. Our weekly photographic progress reports allow our clients to track progress on larger projects and help demonstrate value for money to clients.

Design & Collaborative Working: With in-house CAD Services we provide full design support and collaborative working with other appointed professionals. We can develop both specifications and employers requirements depending upon your procurement route and where appointed as Project Manager we can provide individual trades specifications (Using NBS Scheduler) allowing projects to be broken down easily into their constituent parts and individual sub contract estimates to be obtained.

Site Management & Quality Control: Dependant upon the project procurement route selected we can provide on site monitoring as either Contract Administrator, Employers Agent or Project Manager and can provide either site based or floating Clerk of Works services to suit client needs.

Party Wall: Our extensive experience with the Party Wall etc Act 1996 allows us to provide early critical advice to our clients avoiding unnecessary delays and we encourage our clients both existing and potential to discuss projects with us informally at the earliest possible stage of the development process.

With extensive experience of working on a range of building types and construction forms we can offer providers a flexible approach to asset management.
