Description: Following a major fire we were engaged to collate, structure and oversee the replacement of the fire damaged roof finish and decking. Working with the insurers we finalised and agreed a specification for a built up felt replacement roof on anew metal profiled deck.

The works required a full temporary roof with license applications for highways and later installation of a new solar PV array.

With works nearing completion we have been retained to oversee reinstatement of the damaged apartments below with works commencement imminent.
