Description: We were appointed to provide Contract Administrator and Principle Designer services for the replacement of the existing insulated external render and copper cladding systems to floors 1-6.
The design brief was to replicate the existing façade with compliant and fire safe materials to retain the buildings aesthetics requiring us to source matching copper panels. In addition to the cladding works we replaced the balcony waterproofing. The project posed numerous design challenges due to the stepped nature of the façade.
The works were completed with the building fully occupied including replacement of the waterproof finishes to the balconies and rear podium roofs.
