M D Bithrey Chartered Surveyors is a small, successful and growing Building Surveying practice based in Hartley Kent. We provide building surveying support to a number of private residential management companies, large housebuilder developers, schools and private individuals/companies focusing on delivery of major project works, preparation and implementation of long-term maintenance programmes, Party Wall matters and Building Pathology.

We are looking to appoint a chartered Building Surveyor to join our team as we continue to expand our client base.

Qualified Building Surveyor

The Ideal candidate will be MRICS/CIOB qualified with proven experience in Core Building Surveying skills and Contract Administration, be capable of working independently and remotely and possess excellent client interface skills.

The role will require applicants to own their own vehicle and a have a full UK driving license. The role will be a remote working role and not office based.
