Our brief was to provide a more welcoming reception area as part of communal area refurbishment works. Partial infill of the entrance canopy with a full height window and high-quality finishes, cladding and lighting helped to achieve the client brief.
Consideration is now being given to upgrades to the communal corridors under a later programme.
