Description: We inspected fire damage to a terrace roof and were subsequently appointed to arrange temporary weathering followed by complete reinstatement.

The roof was a built upon warm roof overlaid with composite decking on bearers and a stone fill. The works were completed with the apartment owners in-situ working within a small contained site.
