Description: We were appointed to provide Contract Administrator and Principle Designer services for the replacement of the existing aluminium composition material (ACM) cladding which was identified as potentially combustible.
The design brief was to replicate the existing striking metallic façade with compliant and fire safe materials to retain the buildings aesthetics and for this purpose an aluminium tray system was specified. In addition to the cladding finish the works included replacement of the existing support frame, copings, insulation and secondary weathering’s providing a holistic solution.
